Founded in 2004 as a QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) brand, KaatiZone transformed kaati rolls, a popular street food, into a contemporary meal. We widened our product portfolio to include mealtime offerings like biryanis and curry meals. We introduced a menu that allowed personalization of products with options for those who prefer eating healthy. We are the only Indian QSR to publish nutritional facts for each dish. We designed a proprietary packaging that enabled consumption on-the-go without soiling hands. Addressing customer needs at home, workplace or transit and outdoor locations, our key value propositions helped us carve out a unique position.
